Cancellation Policy

***ATTENTION*** FOR CLASSES: Deposits are non-refundable. Please follow all instructions that was in the booking information. For further assistance, please contact us at 773-437-4628 ***FOR HAIR & NAIL SERVICES*** SOAK OFFS MUST ARRIVE 1 HOUR BEFORE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT! If you are the first appointment of the day, you must get the nails soaked off prior to your appointment, otherwise you would have to get a fill-in. We will send you courtesy text messages and emails leading up to your appointment. If no response is received, your appointment will be cancelled so please confirm! We may run behind. Start times are not guaranteed, service is. One client per booking. If you book an appointment that requires a deposit, we require at least a 24 hour notice to reschedule or cancel in order for you to keep your deposit. 10 minute grace period for tardiness.
